Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling activity — including demonstration platforms — is prohibited.

2. Demo nature of the Service

The Service is provided strictly as a demonstration. All game balances are virtual credits with no monetary value. Virtual credits cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, goods, or services and have no value outside the Service.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. One account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Bypassing geo-blocking, age verification, or self-exclusion controls.
• Automated play, bots, scraping, or reverse engineering of game logic.
• Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful activity.

5. Responsible gaming

The Service provides tools to set deposit, loss, wager, and session-time limits, take cool-off periods, and self-exclude. See our Responsible Gaming Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All software, game assets, brand marks, and content remain the property of Royale Rush Gaming or its licensors.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, fails KYC, triggers compliance alerts, or is requested for closure by the account holder.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royale Rush Gaming disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s licensed jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through the operator’s internal dispute-resolution procedure and, where applicable, an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider designated by the relevant gambling regulator.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
