1. Player protection tools
- Deposit limits — daily, weekly, monthly. Increases require a 24-hour cool-off; decreases take effect immediately.
- Loss limits — net-loss caps per period.
- Wager limits — single-wager and aggregate caps.
- Session time limits — with forced logout when reached.
- Reality checks — periodic pop-ups summarising session time, wagered, won, and net.
- Cool-off — 24 hours to 30 days; account locked, no marketing during period.
- Self-exclusion — 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent; no reactivation during the exclusion period.
- Account closure — voluntary closure with a mandatory 24-hour reflection window.
2. Underage protection
Minors are prohibited from using the Service. Age verification is performed at registration and re-checked at KYC. Account-sharing with a minor is grounds for immediate termination.
3. Marketing protections
Players who self-exclude, set limits, or request marketing opt-out are removed from all promotional communications. We never market to excluded or at-risk players.
4. Staff training
All customer-facing staff complete responsible-gaming training, including how to recognise problem-gambling indicators and how to refer players to support services.
