Self-Exclusion & Player Controls

If gambling stops being fun, you can step away at any time. These controls are free, take effect immediately, and cannot be reversed before they expire.
1. Cool-off (24 hours – 6 weeks)
A short break. Your account is locked, marketing pauses, and you cannot deposit or wager until the period ends.
2. Self-exclusion (6 months – 5 years)
A longer commitment. Your account is closed for the chosen period, your details are removed from marketing lists, and we will refuse re-registration until the period ends and you actively request re-instatement after a 24-hour cool-off.
3. Permanent exclusion
Your account is closed indefinitely with no path to re-instatement on this platform.
4. Deposit, loss, wager, and session-time limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps in Account → Responsible Gaming. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activating.
5. Reality checks
You can enable in-session reminders every 15, 30, or 60 minutes summarising time played, total wagered, and net result.
6. National schemes
For multi-operator self-exclusion, register with the scheme covering your country: GAMSTOP (UK), Spelpaus (SE), CRUKS (NL), OASIS (DE). Upon licensing we connect to the schemes applicable to each market.
7. How to request
Use the in-app controls in Account → Responsible Gaming, or email responsible@royalerush.example from your registered address. We action requests within 24 hours and always within the period required by license conditions.
